Dear PMMS and PMA Band Parents,

Please read the following letter from the PMHS Band Boosters concerning a new fund drive for the PMHS Falcon Marching Band.

Dear PMHS Marching Falcon Members,

 We are conducting a Family, Friends, and Alumni Campaign to help raise much needed funds for the Perry Meridian High School (PMHS) annual Marching Falcons band camp program at St. Mary of the Woods, scheduled for July 2012. This campaign is extremely important to maintain this valuable experience for PMHS Band students.

 To fully benefit from this campaign, we need your help!

 Some key points:

 The money raised from this campaign is for the band camp fund at St. Mary of the Woods.

 We need to raise at least $15,000 to send our students to camp.  [The more names submitted increases the potential to reach that goal]

 You do not have to sell anything…just submit names and addresses…a book of stamps…Easy!

Provide the names and addresses of family and friends (local and out of town) that might be interested in supporting the PMHS Marching Falcons on the enclosed sheet.

 Provide at least one book of stamps.

 The enclosed letter will be sent out to these families and/or friends. Along with the letter, a tax deductible card and a self-addressed stamped envelope to return any donations.

 The names provided will be used ONLY for this campaign.

 Please submit the completed sheet with names and addresses of family and friends and a book of stamps to Mr. Belt (or Mr.Slightom for 8th graders) by Friday, February 24, 2012.
